Cancellation Policy
Only conference registration cancellations received on or before October 30, 2025 will be refunded. Refunds will be made after receipt of written notice, less a $25 service fee. No refunds will be made after October 30, 2025. All tour fees are non-refundable. Please email [email protected] with your request.

Badge Policy
All badges must be picked up at registration. Photo ID is required. For security reasons, all attendees are required to wear their badges while attending SPSCon 2025. Please note that badges are the property of SPS-AIP staff. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure YOU have YOUR badges at all times. There is a charge of $25.00 for badge replacement.
