Following the breakfast, SIBC members are encouraged to meet with their U.S. Senators and Representatives to advocate for critical submarine-related legislative priorities.

Event Overview:
Monday, March 2, 2026: General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB) will again offer one-on-one sessions for active GDEB suppliers, limited to one Procurement Manager meeting. You may also request a session with a Supplier Developer Funding representative. To schedule, please contact Hanna Mellaly at [email protected] for more details.
SIBC will host a Welcome Reception from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Tuesday, March 3, 2026: GDEB, in collaboration with NNS, will host focused Supplier Seminars on various topics on Tuesday morning.
Following the morning seminars, the U.S. Navy and shipbuilder leaders will share updates on current shipbuilding progress and outline future plans for major submarine programs.
The day will conclude with a networking reception and dinner featuring a keynote address.
Wednesday, March 4, 2026: The SIBC will host a Congressional Breakfast on Capitol Hill, giving suppliers the opportunity to hear directly from members of Congress.
Following the event, SIBC members are encouraged to meet with their U.S. Senators and Representatives to advocate for critical submarine-related legislative priorities. Additional information on the congressional meeting schedule will be available in early 2026.
