Registration for Supplier Days 2025 is Now Closed.


Supplier Days 2025 will take place Monday, February 24 through Wednesday, February 26 at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, VA. 

The 34th Annual SIBC Supplier Days will focus on critical submarine program updates and initiatives and discuss submarine industrial base challenges within the Submarine Industrial Base. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to meet with members of Congress to discuss key legislative and funding priorities.

For scheduling purposes here is a tentative schedule of events for Supplier Days 2025*: 

• Monday, Feb 24      Welcome Reception (Optional)    5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
• Tuesday, Feb 25      SIBC Briefings    1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
       Regional Breakout Sessions    5:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.
       Networking Event    5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.
       SIBC Dinner    6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, Feb 26      Congressional Breakfast and Meetings    8:00 A.M.

Event Overview:
Monday, February 24, 2025: GDEB will again offer the opportunity for one-on-one sessions for Electric Boat suppliers. Suppliers will be limited to one Procurement Manager meeting. In addition, you may request a one-on-one session with a Supplier Developer Funding representative.

Tuesday, February 25, 2025: GDEB, in collaboration with NNS, will host focused group discussions on various topics on Tuesday morning (details to be announced soon). 

 

After the group discussions, the SIBC will host briefings by the U.S. Navy and the shipbuilder program leaders. The briefings will include updates on the progress and future outlook of the major submarine programs. This will be followed by a networking reception and a dinner featuring a keynote address.


Wednesday, February 26, 2025: The SIBC will host a traditional Congressional breakfast on Capitol Hill where suppliers will have the opportunity to hear from members of Congress. Following the breakfast, SIBC members should plan to attend scheduled meetings with their U.S. Senators and Representatives to advocate for support of the essential submarine-related legislative priorities.

 

 

 

The Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel is currently sold out on Monday, Feb. 24, and Tuesday, Feb. 26. We have secured an additional room block at the nearby Residence Inn. The information is included in the link. This block will also fill up very quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible.

**Please note that this event is open to U.S. citizens only. By registering for Supplier Days, you agree to join the SIBC. (Does not apply to government attendees). There is no cost to be an SIBC member.

 

CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY: Registration cancelation requests must be received in writing on or before Friday, February 7, 2025 for a refund. Refunds will be made after receipt of written notice, less a $50 service fee. No refunds will be made after February 7, 2025.
