GAEA has secured a discounted room block at The Ridges Resort, our official conference hotel. To ensure you receive the group rate, please follow the instructions below:

Important: Reservations made through third-party sites (such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hopper, etc.) will not count toward the GAEA group block and will not guarantee access to the group rate or preferred room types. Be sure to book directly through The Ridges Resort using the instructions above.
